Frog Inspiration

 

 

 

I want to create a fabric patter inspired by the skin marking of the frog in the top image.

Above are some mark making made this morning.

I plan to scan and import the paint marks in Photoshop and digitally put my image togheter.

 

 

 

 

 

Coptic Stich Binding

 

This is a tutorial about Coptic stich binding I found on you tube.

I would like to have a go at making my own schetcbook utilizing this binding technique. 

Camera Angles

 

The Animation has two camera angles. I marked the position of the tripod legs on the floor with some masking tape. The yellow circles reppresent the frontal position and the red circles are for the side shoots.By marking the floor I am able to switch from one position to an other without altering significantly the image, and therefore maintain continuity within the sequence.

Jump cuts- Breathless (1960)

Breathless (French: À bout de souffle; literally "at breath's end") is a 1960 French film directed by Jean-Luc Godard. It was one of the earliest, most influential of the French New Wave. At the time, the film attracted much attention for its bold visual style and the innovative use of jump cuts.

My animation will have several jump cuts where there is a sudden change from one scene to another.

Two little cushions

I made these two little cushions to put int my set. It all contributes to give a worm homely feeling to the room.

Bugs Bunny intro

I 've been looking at this intro for a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

I like that he's munching on a carrot to introduce the episode.
